Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Takar Geçerus's Anıl Ozan Yalınç started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, one of Kemeralti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kemeralti. Kemeralti's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ron Drake 12 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. In the 16th minute, Adem Sabeddin had to leave the field with a concussion. Gökcan Kenan's late challenge caught a Kemeralti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gökcan Kenan helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Takar Geçerus! The referee gave Kemeralti a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Batıray Yanar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Takar Geçerus's Rahmi Böke. 2-1. The supporters of Takar Geçerus booed when Kemeralti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batıray Yanar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gökcan Kenan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 23 minutes had been played. A collision led to Takar Geçerus getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Gökcan Kenan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Takar Geçerus's zone, Batıray Yanar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rahmi Böke came out of the goal and Batıray Yanar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ron Drake in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İrfan Eke saved Kemeralti from getting behind. Ron Drake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İrfan Eke having to interfere. After 37th play minutes Ron Drake shot 3-1, a short shot which went by İrfan Eke and just under the crossbar into goal. If Ron Drake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute, Ahmet Kutsi Özay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Binali İpekçi kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Galip Hisarcık stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Affan Karaalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ron Drake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İrfan Eke having to interfere. Binali İpekçi's late challenge caught a Takar Geçerus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Binali İpekçi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kemeralti getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Binali İpekçi hit a great ball. Ali Galip Hisarcık hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Ron Drake might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over İrfan Eke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ron Drake ran back to his position shaking his head. 62 minutes into the match, Kemeralti's goal looked a bit too open when Umur Acarbay came free, but İrfan Eke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Ron Drake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İrfan Eke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Galip Hisarcık received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Rahmi Böke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kemeralti's İrfan Eke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ron Drake in the 74th minute of play. If Ahmet Kutsi Özay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Ron Drake's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but İrfan Eke was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. İrfan Eke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ron Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the game, Affan Karaalp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Takar Geçerus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kemeralti the free kick. Takar Geçerus's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
