The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, kartal jk's goal looked a bit too open when Aytaç Taran came free, but Ahmet Baki Özdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Baki Özdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yıldırım İlmen in the 5th minute of the match. Meram's Bahadır Saffet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Temel Öztürk in the 6th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Mustafa Emre Ülke left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meram fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. kartal jk's İskender Baki Umur came free and shot a quick shot against goal 14 minutes in the game, fortunately Bahadır Saffet had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Bahadır Saffet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Temel Öztürk, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yıldırım İlmen in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Baki Özdal saved kartal jk from getting behind. Temel Öztürk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bahadır Saffet having to make a save. In the 22nd match minute, Meram was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Emre Ülke to maneuver through the defense. In the 31stth minute of the game Mustafa Emre Ülke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but kartal jk's Ahmet Baki Özdal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ahmet Baki Özdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aytaç Taran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İskender Baki Umur who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Bahadır Saffet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, İskender Baki Umur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bahadır Saffet. Meram's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İskender Baki Umur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Temel Öztürk in the 45th minute of play forced Meram's goalkeeper Bahadır Saffet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bahadır Saffet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Temel Öztürk in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İskender Baki Umur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Meram's Aytaç Taran got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute Temel Öztürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahadır Saffet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Baki Özdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Emre Ülke in the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Meram's Baturhan Cevher got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute of the match Temel Öztürk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bahadır Saffet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 69th play minute Aytaç Taran came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ahmet Baki Özdal. 1-2. Asım Ulvi kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, İskender Baki Umur notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Meram's Bahadır Saffet. Bahadır Saffet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. İskender Baki Umur scored 3-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bahadır Saffet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Meram's Bahadır Saffet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Temel Öztürk in the 90th minute of play.
