BERTİZ JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TEAM NAME the free kick. After 16 minutes of play, TEAM NAME's Güney Üzer made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hüsnü Halıcı was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Hüsnü Halıcı managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when TEAM NAME's Güney Üzer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hüsnü Halıcı didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Güney Üzer went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Edgar Raflewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in BERTİZ JK's zone, Güney Üzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hüsnü Halıcı came out of the goal and Güney Üzer tried to chip the ball over his head. BERTİZ JK's Hüsnü Halıcı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save BERTİZ JK from getting a goal against them. The TEAM NAME fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when TEAM NAME's Güney Üzer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

A collision led to BERTİZ JK getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Birkan Orbay hit a great ball. After 56 played minutes, TEAM NAME's İbrahim Efe Perinçek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hüsnü Halıcı came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TEAM NAME reached it. Aytek Keçili's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Manuel Neuer firmly grabbed it by the left post. 61 minutes into the match, BERTİZ JK's goal looked a bit too open when Güney Üzer came free, but Hüsnü Halıcı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 played minutes TEAM NAME got a freekick which was hit by Kutluay Atasoy. In the 65th minute, Vehdi Avcı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th match minute, TEAM NAME was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kutluay Atasoy to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Neuer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Hayri Yarlık, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The supporters of TEAM NAME booed when BERTİZ JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aytek Keçili didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ediz Saban got free with Manuel Neuer in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, TEAM NAME's goal looked a bit too open when Tarık Yılkan came free, but Manuel Neuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tekin Samil struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Hüsnü Halıcı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TEAM NAME. The audience was convinced that Güney Üzer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hüsnü Halıcı was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 93rd minute Edgar Raflewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hüsnü Halıcı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
