The supporters of TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ booed when GREENPEACE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cevdet Bahçıvan didn't get a good kick on the ball. GREENPEACE's Teodor Mihădaș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save GREENPEACE from getting a goal against them. A collision led to GREENPEACE getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Cevdet Bahçıvan hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Gökhan Şendoğan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ's Jonathan Björkman. Jonathan Björkman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Halil Can Tapgaç came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the GREENPEACE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Halil Can Tapgaç couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Columbo Tormes got free with Teodor Mihădaș in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Halil Can Tapgaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jonathan Björkman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Björkman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökhan Şendoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alim Dafi hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ defense, Gökhan Şendoğan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Björkman. The TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Björkman should have stopped the shot. GREENPEACE were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cevdet Bahçıvan took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Yunus Şentürk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Björkman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Can Tapgaç in the 36th minute of play forced TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ's goalkeeper Jonathan Björkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Faruk Cantekin to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the game, Halil Can Tapgaç was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GREENPEACE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ the free kick. After a rather tough play, GREENPEACE's Halil Can Tapgaç got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 53 minutes, Cevdet Bahçıvan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GREENPEACE and the TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, GREENPEACE's Cevdet Bahçıvan got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Björkman made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Gökhan Şendoğan sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th match minute, GREENPEACE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Ziya İlsu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ali Numan Metin hit a great ball. After 65 played minutes TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ got a freekick which was hit by Kadir Saik. The long shot by Cevdet Bahçıvan in the 66th minute really tested Jonathan Björkman's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Gökhan Şendoğans short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Jonathan Björkman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonathan Björkman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gökhan Şendoğan in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute GREENPEACE were awarded a corner. Cevdet Bahçıvan went to the cornerflag to take it. 75 minutes into the match, Gökhan Şendoğan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Björkman, 0-3. Jonathan Björkman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökhan Şendoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute, Gökhan Şendoğan made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Björkman. TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Halil Can Tapgaç took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Jonathan Björkman to make any attempt to save it. Halil Can Tapgaç took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Björkman. Jonathan Björkman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Gökhan Şendoğan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Björkman having to make a save. Alim Dafi's late challenge caught a GREENPEACE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alim Dafi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ's Alim Dafi got a free kick in the 94th minute. Yunus Şentürk shot from long distance in the 95th minute, but Jonathan Björkman was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. GREENPEACE played a much better game than TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ and deserved their victory. The TABİPLER BİRLİĞİ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
