In the 23rd match minute, Fenerbahce FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bumin Oğuzcan to maneuver through the defense. Tansel Kayraalp took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Güney Mengüalp. After having played for 36 minutes, Bumin Oğuzcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fenerbahce FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bumin Oğuzcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yusuf Kurd scored 0-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Göktuğ Mücip, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ahmet Göktuğ Mücip made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Fenerbahce FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
