Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mümtaz Çile got the match started through his kick off. Olgun Yastıkcığlu hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Davut Şerafeddin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Sauvage, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Sauvage struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Davut Şerafeddin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YsR FC. After 14 played minutes Galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Kayhan Türemen. Davut Şerafeddin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Sauvage in the 23rd minute of play. Kevin Sauvage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davut Şerafeddin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tahsin Turalp in the 30th minute of play forced YsR FC's goalkeeper Baturhan Ilgaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cyprian Mudry during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st minute, Cyprian Mudry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Davut Şerafeddin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marián Líška, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Denizhan Nazir fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galatasaray's protests and gave Denizhan Nazir a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Galatasaray:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of YsR FC:s goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marián Líška stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baturhan Ilgaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinçer Mümin, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Baturhan Ilgaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Reha Hatipoğlu in the 56th minute of the match. Baturhan Ilgaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tahsin Turalp in the 59th minute of play. Kevin Sauvage sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 played minutes Galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Olgun Yastıkcığlu. Kevin Sauvage took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davut Şerafeddin. Davut Şerafeddin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Baturhan Ilgaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tahsin Turalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute, one of YsR FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for YsR FC. Baturhan Ilgaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mümtaz Çile, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Kevin Sauvage who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Davut Şerafeddin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marián Líška recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kevin Sauvage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davut Şerafeddin having to interfere. Kevin Sauvage kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Mümtaz Çile notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of YsR FC's Baturhan Ilgaz. Baturhan Ilgaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Olgun Yastıkcığlu fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galatasaray's protests and gave Olgun Yastıkcığlu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of YsR FC booed when Galatasaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgun Yastıkcığlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 played minutes Galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Denizhan Nazir. After 90 played minutes, YsR FC's Bedir Enfal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Davut Şerafeddin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in YsR FC reached it. In the 91st minute, Dinçer Mümin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baturhan Ilgaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mümtaz Çile went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray's Gökçen Kutlug got a free kick in the 99th minute. Galatasaray's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
