The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ilgaz Uçhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saip Hitit in the 2nd minute of the match. The supporters of BORAN FIRTINASI booed when K A R A D E N İ Z FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yağızalp Paye didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rahim Aurelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökhun Sureha in the 7th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, BORAN FIRTINASI's goal looked a bit too open when Saip Hitit came free, but Ilgaz Uçhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. K A R A D E N İ Z FK's Rahim Aurelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yavuz Selim Uzcan in the 24th minute of play. BORAN FIRTINASI's Ilgaz Uçhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yağızalp Paye in the 26th minute of play. Semih Aşık received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ilgaz Uçhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ilgaz Uçhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semih Aşık, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. BORAN FIRTINASI's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Saip Hitit 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After 42 minutes, Yüksel Kavaş mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BORAN FIRTINASI and the K A R A D E N İ Z FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, BORAN FIRTINASI's Yüksel Kavaş got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Ilgaz Uçhan was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Saip Hitit capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Saip Hitit really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Ilgaz Uçhan made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Semih Aşık sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yavuz Selim Uzcan to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Bilgin Pekdeger sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ilgaz Uçhan skillfully saved the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Sancarbey Tardu notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of BORAN FIRTINASI's Ilgaz Uçhan. Ilgaz Uçhan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 60 played minutes K A R A D E N İ Z FK got a freekick which was hit by Ergün Uluçam. K A R A D E N İ Z FK made a substitution. İbrahim Demir replaced Umur Sabuncuoğlu. After 61 played minutes K A R A D E N İ Z FK got a freekick which was hit by Ergün Uluçam. After having played for 62 minutes, Oğuzhan Gökyüzü managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BORAN FIRTINASI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oğuzhan Gökyüzü was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gencal Toydemir hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Oğuzhan Gökyüzü fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rahim Aurelio, passed just outside the right post. Yavuz Selim Uzcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When K A R A D E N İ Z FK's Semih Aşık in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BORAN FIRTINASI's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sancarbey Tardu in the 71st minute of play forced BORAN FIRTINASI's goalkeeper Ilgaz Uçhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilgaz Uçhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sancarbey Tardu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Semih Aşık took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilgaz Uçhan. Ilgaz Uçhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. K A R A D E N İ Z FK's Anıl Çakır was substituted for Sümer Yatuk. After a rather tough play, K A R A D E N İ Z FK's Ergün Uluçam got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute Yavuz Selim Uzcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rahim Aurelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Yağızalp Paye ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilgaz Uçhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Ilgaz Uçhan came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by K A R A D E N İ Z FK's Yağızalp Paye. But to his dismay, Yağızalp Paye quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdullatif Başbuğoğlu during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th minute, Abdullatif Başbuğoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The K A R A D E N İ Z FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while BORAN FIRTINASI had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
