Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Merzifon's Fetih Boysan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paşa Uğurata charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paşa Uğurata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 played minutes Kayserispor got a freekick which was hit by Paşa Uğurata. After a rather tough play, Merzifon's Varol Tigin got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 13th minute, Abdulaziz Köksal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Resul Nusret was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With his leg Igor Haikin managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Kayserispor's Russel Magrath fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Merzifon's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fahrettin Tanır was slow to take the kick. During this time Kayserispor's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Kayserispor's Kayhan Akgün getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 20th minute, İhsan Balkanlıoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ardahan Gökekin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Igor Haikin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Russel Magrath's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 26th minute, Fahrettin Tanır got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Merzifon's Fetih Boysan got a free kick in the 30th minute. Fetih Boysan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Resul Nusret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Abdulaziz Köksal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fetih Boysan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Resul Nusret having to interfere. Resul Nusret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fetih Boysan in the 39th minute of the match. Resul Nusret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulaziz Köksal in the 41st minute of play. Fahrettin Tanır kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Fetih Boysan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Resul Nusret having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Russel Magrath made a kick off. When Kayserispor's Russel Magrath in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Merzifon's goalie prevented a goal. Abdulaziz Köksal struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Resul Nusret didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Merzifon. Rosen Dal's late challenge caught a Kayserispor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosen Dal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Rosen Dal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Haikin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Russel Magrath's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Merzifon's goalkeeper Igor Haikin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Kayserispor's Russel Magrath sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Haikin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Resul Nusret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fetih Boysan in the 65th minute of play. If Abdulaziz Köksal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Kayserispor's Russel Magrath in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Merzifon's goalie prevented a goal. Resul Nusret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdulaziz Köksal in the 69th minute. If Russel Magrath had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdulaziz Köksal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Resul Nusret made a huge save. Merzifon's Fetih Boysan got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes in the game Rosen Dal after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Resul Nusret. A very good opportunity. Abdulaziz Köksal struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Resul Nusret didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Merzifon. 92 minutes into the match, Kayserispor's goal looked a bit too open when Fetih Boysan came free, but Resul Nusret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fetih Boysan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdulaziz Köksal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Resul Nusret made a huge save.
