Botello Pinto took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Selami İşbilir. Selami İşbilir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.
In the 52nd minute, Ahmet Danış Çanak made a precise shot to the right of Durmuş İldeniz. ERZURUMSPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Durmuş İldeniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şinasi Lut, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The Gökceyazi fans cheered their team off the field, for while ERZURUMSPOR had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
