But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuğrul Ergümen couldn't finish the play. Tuğrul Ergümen scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gencer Akyazı, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute, Tõnis Kriska ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gencer Akyazı was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 28 minutes into the match, KARATAŞ.FK's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Orlo came free, but Gencer Akyazı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The KARATAŞ.FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gencer Akyazı should have stopped the shot.

The wind increased when Korhan Kultigin made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Tõnis Kriska recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gencer Akyazı. Tõnis Kriska showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. In the 59th minute, Tuğrul Ergümen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gencer Akyazı was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. In the 62nd minute, Tuğrul Ergümen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Leon Orlo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. A collision led to KARATAŞ.FK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Hami Pala hit a great ball. Gencer Akyazı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuğrul Ergümen in the 82nd minute of the match. Gencer Akyazı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tuğrul Ergümen's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Gencer Akyazı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tõnis Kriska, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gencer Akyazı made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tuğrul Ergümen in the 85th minute. Gencer Akyazı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kral Çakır in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Tuğrul Ergümen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Ercan Yaman took a quick shot and it went in 0-16 without a chance for Gencer Akyazı to make any attempt to save it.
