Altan Erben was slow to take the kick. During this time Türk Polis Gücü's players had a chance to rest. In the 15th minute Bahri Paker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Dulemba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Altay Bayındır took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delfino Santirso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Türk Polis Gücü's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zaquiel Puredo in the 35th minute. Altay Bayındır made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 42nd minute Maxi Gambetta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Dulemba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
