Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bedale FC's Jassem Al Hadhod started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mahmoud Taqi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yousef Bo Shehri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jassem Al Hadhod, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jassem Al Hadhod had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yousef Bo Shehri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jassem Al Hadhod's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Sedlescombe City's Mahmoud Taqi got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Mnawer Al Motar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Mahmoud Taqi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Malik Shalan, 1-0. Yousef Bo Shehri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jassem Al Hadhod, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 29 played minutes Sedlescombe City got a freekick which was hit by Seraj Khaja. Yousef Bo Shehri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jassem Al Hadhod's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Mahmoud Taqi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Malik Shalan having to make a save. Sayer Al Khobaize fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malik Shalan having to interfere. The supporters of Bedale FC booed when Sedlescombe City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seraj Khaja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Malik Shalan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sayer Al Khobaize made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Mahmoud Taqi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 53 minutes, Sayer Al Khobaize made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bedale FC's Malik Shalan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jassem Al Hadhod fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yousef Bo Shehri having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Sedlescombe City's Sayer Al Khobaize sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Malik Shalan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 66 played minutes Sedlescombe City got a freekick which was hit by Talib Al Dowaisan. Sedlescombe City's Yousef Bo Shehri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jassem Al Hadhod in the 67th minute of play. Malik Shalan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mahmoud Taqi went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Bedale FC's Jassem Al Hadhod got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jassem Al Hadhod received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yousef Bo Shehri came out and tried to block the shot, but Jassem Al Hadhod slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mahmoud Taqi in the 93rd minute of play forced Bedale FC's goalkeeper Malik Shalan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fadhel Bahroh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Yousef Bo Shehri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sedlescombe City's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
