Faleh Bahroh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute, Younis Al Bana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bury St Edmunds United's goalkeeper Abdelnaser Al Dabos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Bury St Edmunds United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Naji Al Mahmed was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Great Missenden supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bury St Edmunds United's performance. The match ended with a win for Bury St Edmunds United.
