Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Midsomer Norton FC's Mahmoud Al Balool started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Mahmoud Al Balool came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Midsomer Norton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mahmoud Al Balool couldn't finish the play. After having played for 7 minutes, Anwar Al Balool managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heybridge AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anwar Al Balool was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Heybridge AFC's Anwar Al Balool got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, Midsomer Norton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Farhan Al Abdullah to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Naji Al Najdi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ghanim Al Herz had several of the Heybridge AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 16 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Motlaq Al Fadhalah as he didn't even see the shot coming. Mahmoud Al Balool fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motlaq Al Fadhalah having to interfere. Motlaq Al Fadhalah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahmoud Al Balool, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Midsomer Norton FC booed when Heybridge AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saleh Al Qattamy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heybridge AFC's goalkeeper Motlaq Al Fadhalah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Naji Al Najdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mahmoud Al Balool sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fawzy Shams showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naji Al Najdi in the 35th minute of the match. Naji Al Najdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fawzy Shams tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Motlaq Al Fadhalah made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Ghanim Al Herz sent off a good shot on target. 45 minutes into the match, Heybridge AFC's Naji Al Najdi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fawzy Shams narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anwar Al Balool to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Midsomer Norton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anwar Al Balool came free, but Fawzy Shams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Naji Al Najdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Fawzy Shams tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Naji Al Najdi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fawzy Shams was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute, Waheed Al Hammady hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Heybridge AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ali Abo Al Hasan was slow to take the kick. During this time Midsomer Norton FC's players had a chance to rest. Motlaq Al Fadhalah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahmoud Al Balool, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ghanim Al Herz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motlaq Al Fadhalah having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Heybridge AFC's goalkeeper Motlaq Al Fadhalah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Motlaq Al Fadhalah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahmoud Al Balool, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Ghanim Al Herz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Heybridge AFC's Motlaq Al Fadhalah. Motlaq Al Fadhalah was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 81st minute, Anwar Al Balool got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Heybridge AFC's Motlaq Al Fadhalah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ghanim Al Herz in the 97th minute of play.
