Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Qutada Al Ali took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mosalam Khaja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Qutada Al Ali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Bandar Al Asuosi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mosalam Khaja got free with Bandar Al Asuosi in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saher Al Ramzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdul Rahman Al Dosery having to interfere. In the 15th minute Eyad Shabakhoh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdul Rahman Al Dosery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mosalam Khaja kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Hassan Ashkanani was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Bader Kakoli hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Sarhan Al Sarraf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bandar Al Asuosi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eyad Shabakhoh in the 39th minute of play forced Stanway's goalkeeper Abdul Rahman Al Dosery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Eyad Shabakhoh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdul Rahman Al Dosery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eyad Shabakhoh made a kick off. Sameer Al Ateqi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, Devizes City's goal looked a bit too open when Mosalam Khaja came free, but Bandar Al Asuosi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qutada Al Ali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Ameer Jiragh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Devizes City's Bandar Al Asuosi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qutada Al Ali in the 76th minute of play. Bandar Al Asuosi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qutada Al Ali in the 78th minute of play. When Eyad Shabakhoh came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Devizes City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eyad Shabakhoh couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute Eyad Shabakhoh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdul Rahman Al Dosery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bandar Al Asuosi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mosalam Khaja went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score.
