Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adem Al Khars kicked off to start the match. Rajab Al Sharah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faleh Al Bana in the 23rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Othman Al Fadhalah in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ameen Ghadhanfer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anas Taiban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rajab Al Sharah having to interfere. Ameen Ghadhanfer came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Lancing United's Hamzah Al Asuosi. But to his dismay, Hamzah Al Asuosi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faleh Al Bana made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Hamzah Al Asuosi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ameen Ghadhanfer. Addlestone AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hamzah Al Asuosi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Adem Al Khars had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd match minute, Lancing United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sharf Al Ali to maneuver through the defense. When Sharf Al Ali fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lancing United's protests and gave Sharf Al Ali a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lancing United's Sharf Al Ali got a free kick in the 67th minute. Rajab Al Sharah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faleh Al Bana, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yaqoub Al Abdullah during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Addlestone AFC's Yaqoub Al Abdullah got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Salem Al Hadad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faleh Al Bana in the 89th minute of play forced Lancing United's goalkeeper Rajab Al Sharah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Anas Taiban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Lancing United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lancing United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
