Sameer Al Ansari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rashed Al Abdullah having to interfere. A collision led to Bowburn FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bader Sarkhoh hit a great ball. Rashed Al Abdullah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sameer Al Ansari in the 17th minute of the match. A collision led to Lancaster getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Marzoq Al Mothaf hit a great ball. Bowburn FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zahid Abol in the 26th minute. Bowburn FC's Manaf Al Rodhan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sadeq Al Ajmi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Tamem Al Dekhel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Bowburn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sameer Al Ansari came free, but Rashed Al Abdullah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rashed Al Abdullah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tamem Al Dekhel in the 39th minute of the match. If Khalel Al Khaled had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Khalel Al Khaled made a kick off. Bowburn FC's Fawaz Al Mahmed got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sadeq Al Ajmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fawaz Al Mahmed in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Lancaster's Tamem Al Dekhel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rashed Al Abdullah made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 64th match minute, Bowburn FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fahhad Kamal to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Bowburn FC's zone, Sameer Al Ansari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rashed Al Abdullah came out of the goal and Sameer Al Ansari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sameer Al Ansari in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rashed Al Abdullah saved Bowburn FC from getting behind. Sameer Al Ansari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rashed Al Abdullah having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Lancaster's goal looked a bit too open when Khalel Al Khaled came free, but Sadeq Al Ajmi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Bowburn FC booed when Lancaster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haider Al Srae didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lancaster walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
