Sror Al Wazan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esmael Al Hindi's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Wareham City's zone, Mortada Ashkanani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fahad Al Youha came out of the goal and Mortada Ashkanani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th match minute, Wareham City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barrak Al Habshi to maneuver through the defense. Sobah Al Saleh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sror Al Wazan made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Marzoq Al Arbash sent off a good shot on target. If Marzoq Al Arbash had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marzoq Al Arbash struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Sror Al Wazan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wareham City. After 29 played minutes Rothwell got a freekick which was hit by Karem Al Jarah. After some careless play in the Rothwell defense, Marzoq Al Arbash kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sror Al Wazan. The Rothwell fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sror Al Wazan should have stopped the shot. Sobah Al Saleh struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Fahad Al Youha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rothwell. 41 minutes into the game, Bahaa Ashkanani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wareham City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rothwell the free kick. Bahaa Ashkanani kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. If Sobah Al Saleh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mortada Ashkanani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fahad Al Youha having to interfere. Bahaa Ashkanani got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sobah Al Saleh made a kick off. Sror Al Wazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marzoq Al Arbash in the 58th minute of play. Mortada Ashkanani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fahad Al Youha having to interfere. Wareham City's Fahad Al Youha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sobah Al Saleh in the 61st minute of play. In the 74th minute, Anwar Khorshed got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 played minutes Rothwell got a freekick which was hit by Karem Al Jarah. After 79 minutes of play, Wareham City's Marzoq Al Arbash made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sror Al Wazan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute Sobah Al Saleh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fahad Al Youha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mortada Ashkanani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Fahad Al Youha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fahad Al Youha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sobah Al Saleh in the 87th minute of the match. With a little luck, Wareham City's Fahad Al Youha got control of the ball when Mortada Ashkanani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mamdouh Abo Al Hasan's late challenge caught a Wareham City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mamdouh Abo Al Hasan helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 played minutes Rothwell got a freekick which was hit by Mamdouh Abo Al Hasan. Marzoq Al Arbash sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 94 played minutes Wareham City got a freekick which was hit by Sami Al Mothaf. Sror Al Wazan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marzoq Al Arbash, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Wareham City's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
