Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Raed Al Shati made the kick off which started today's match. When Mostafa Khaja fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jarrow City's protests and gave Mostafa Khaja a yellow card for diving instead. Mostafa Khaja kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. If Esam Al Shemali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Ghasan Boland reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abdul Aziz Al Khars. The goal made the score 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Leigh on Sea City's Ghasan Boland slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abdul Aziz Al Khars. That made the score 2-0 after 20 minutes of play. A collision led to Leigh on Sea City getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Mosalam Jiragh hit a great ball. After 24 played minutes Leigh on Sea City got a freekick which was hit by Meqdad Al Hindi. After having played for 31 minutes, Mosa Al Mahmed managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leigh on Sea City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mosa Al Mahmed was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute of the match, Mosalam Jiragh got a very nice opportunity to score, but Abdul Aziz Al Khars was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Mahmoud Al Sharah fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jarrow City's protests and gave Mahmoud Al Sharah a yellow card for diving instead. 39 minutes into the game, one of Jarrow City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Ghasan Boland came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Leigh on Sea City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ghasan Boland couldn't finish the play. Esam Al Shemali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ghasan Boland was the one to do the kick off. Esam Al Shemali could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Sajid Al Qatam made a huge save. If Mosa Al Mahmed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esam Al Shemali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Sajid Al Qatam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raed Al Shati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sajid Al Qatam having to interfere. Ghasan Boland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdul Aziz Al Khars having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jarrow City's zone, Mosa Al Mahmed stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdul Aziz Al Khars came out of the goal and Mosa Al Mahmed tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jarrow City's Abdul Aziz Al Khars played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mosa Al Mahmed in the 78th minute of play. In the 84th minute Raed Al Shati shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sajid Al Qatam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sajid Al Qatam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raed Al Shati in the 87th minute of play. Esam Al Shemali could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Sajid Al Qatam made a huge save. Leigh on Sea City's Mosalam Jiragh got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdul Aziz Al Khars made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mosa Al Mahmed in the 93rd minute of play. Ghasan Boland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdul Aziz Al Khars having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
