Mohammad Sarkhoh might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anwar Al Hindi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mohammad Sarkhoh ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40th match minute, Husbands Bosworth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waheed Al Khames to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, Husbands Bosworth's goalkeeper Jaffer Shamsah had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hamzah Al Habshi. Mohammad Sarkhoh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Anwar Al Hindi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaffer Shamsah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahdi Shrean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Husbands Bosworth's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Khalel Shams was slow to take the kick. During this time Turnpike Lane's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Turnpike Lane's corner Khalel Shams fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jaffer Shamsah quite easily take care of the ball. Fadhel Shabakhoh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Anwar Al Hindi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Turnpike Lane getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Hamzah Al Habshi hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Fadhel Shabakhoh put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Anwar Al Hindi. In the 93rd minute, Fadhel Shabakhoh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anwar Al Hindi was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.
