Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fadhel Shabakhoh started the match with the kick off. Mahmoud Al Shemali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nawaf Al Abdullah hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Hashem Kamal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Barrak Al Kandere. Marden's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Osama Al Sohali took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jaffer Shamsah to make any attempt to save it. 22 minutes into the match, Marden's goal looked a bit too open when Mohammad Sarkhoh came free, but Barrak Al Kandere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mohammad Sarkhoh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Barrak Al Kandere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Qutada Al Arbash's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaffer Shamsah was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fadhel Shabakhoh in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barrak Al Kandere saved Marden from getting behind. Jaffer Shamsah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qutada Al Arbash in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Qutada Al Arbash made a kick off. Mohammad Sarkhoh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barrak Al Kandere having to interfere. When Mahmoud Al Shemali came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Marden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mahmoud Al Shemali couldn't finish the play. Qutada Al Arbash sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Marden! The referee gave Husbands Bosworth a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hashem Kamal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Marden's Barrak Al Kandere. 1-1. Qutada Al Arbash received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jaffer Shamsah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaffer Shamsah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mahmoud Al Shemali, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. If Fadhel Shabakhoh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Masuod Al Asuosi kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Barrak Al Kandere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fadhel Shabakhoh in the 82nd minute of play. Masuod Al Asuosi's late challenge caught a Husbands Bosworth's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Masuod Al Asuosi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Marden getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Masuod Al Asuosi hit a great ball. Fadhel Shabakhoh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
