Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mohammad Al Youha made the kick off which started today's match. Mohammad Al Youha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tariq Khorshed showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shabeb Al Qattamy, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th match minute, Calverley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamzah Al Qattamy to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Calverley's goal looked a bit too open when Raed Al Hashash came free, but Tariq Khorshed reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ghaith Al Hadhod made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammad Al Youha in the 10th minute of play. Sarhan Al Besher hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calverley's goalkeeper Tariq Khorshed, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mohammad Al Youha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohammad Al Youha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ghaith Al Hadhod read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Raed Al Hashash received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Tariq Khorshed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Shabeb Al Qattamy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tariq Khorshed was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Tariq Khorshed took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raed Al Hashash, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Raed Al Hashash had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raed Al Hashash recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 38 played minutes Calverley got a freekick which was hit by Hamdan Bo Resley. Raed Al Hashash struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Tariq Khorshed didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scawsby United. Shabeb Al Qattamy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tariq Khorshed having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raed Al Hashash was the one to do the kick off. Ghaith Al Hadhod took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammad Al Youha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mohammad Al Youha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Raed Al Hashash had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammad Al Youha in the 69th minute of play forced Scawsby United's goalkeeper Ghaith Al Hadhod to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Calverley's Ameen Khorshed nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ghaith Al Hadhod made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Scawsby United's Ghaith Al Hadhod played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohammad Al Youha in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ameen Khorshed in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ghaith Al Hadhod prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Mohammad Al Youha sped through Scawsby United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ghaith Al Hadhod. Ameen Khorshed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ghaith Al Hadhod having to interfere. Calverley's Ameen Khorshed got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Calverley's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
