The supporters of Latchingdon booed when Weymouth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Meqdad Al Mofede didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Ammar Boland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sharf Al Jarah kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 21stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Latchingdon's keeper Haitham Al Youha was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Eyad Al Mulaifi, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Sharf Al Jarahs short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Haitham Al Youha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Moner Kakoli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Meshari Baroun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Meshari Baroun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Monther Hayat's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute Monther Hayat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meshari Baroun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moner Kakoli took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Meshari Baroun. Meshari Baroun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Waleed Abol was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monther Hayat in the 53rd minute of play forced Weymouth's goalkeeper Meshari Baroun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Meshari Baroun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moner Kakoli went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Weymouth's zone, Monther Hayat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Meshari Baroun came out of the goal and Monther Hayat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Waleed Abol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Weymouth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waleed Abol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd match minute, Latchingdon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aws Al Mothaf to maneuver through the defense. Meshari Baroun made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Moner Kakoli sent off a good shot on target. If Monther Hayat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moner Kakoli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute.
