With an all-out effort, Moreton's Nasser Mandane threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ebrahem Al Enzi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ebrahem Al Enzi in the 37th minute of play forced Scofton FC's goalkeeper Nasser Mandane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Ebrahem Al Enzi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Sari Al Gareb fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scofton FC's protests and gave Sari Al Gareb a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Moreton booed when Scofton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sari Al Gareb didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edrees Al Muwail fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nasser Mandane having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Scofton FC's Luai Al Ali got a free kick in the 65th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of Scofton FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Moreton:s goal. Ebrahem Al Enzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Edrees Al Muwail had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nasser Mandane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ebrahem Al Enzi in the 83rd minute of the match. Haider Al Khars fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naem Ashkanani having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Haider Al Khars got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Luai Al Ali fell near the penalty area in the 99th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scofton FC's protests and gave Luai Al Ali a yellow card for diving instead. The Scofton FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Moreton from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
