After a rather tough play, Leiston's Najim Al Mofede got a free kick in the 12th minute. Kamal Al Shati made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gawhar Shabakhoh in the 36th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fawzy Al Dabos during the 39th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yousef Al Holey was the one to do the kick off. Rashed Al Amer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yousef Al Holey, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Gawhar Shabakhoh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Leiston's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aqel Al Khobaize fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yousef Al Holey in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rashed Al Amer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rashed Al Amer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yousef Al Holey in the 79th minute of play. Aqel Al Khobaize charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aqel Al Khobaize the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Leiston booed when Birmingham Kings Heath City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aqel Al Khobaize didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yousef Al Holey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Rashed Al Amer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Yousef Al Holey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute Aqel Al Amer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamal Al Shati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aqel Al Amer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Leiston supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Birmingham Kings Heath City's performance. The match ended with a win for Birmingham Kings Heath City.
