Hadleigh's Meqdad Shams proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Hadleigh from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute Ayoob Kakoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yaqoub Al Abdullah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Masuod Boften kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Yaqoub Al Abdullah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayoob Kakoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 22nd minute, Mosalam Al Hadad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Meqdad Shams successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ameen Al Motar hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Yaqoub Al Abdullah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sarhan Al Holey in the 34th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Sarhan Al Holey made a precise shot to the right of Yaqoub Al Abdullah. Rothwell United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ayoob Kakoli was the one to do the kick off. Sarhan Al Holey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sarhan Al Holey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Yaqoub Al Abdullah made a huge save. Sarhan Al Holey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaqoub Al Abdullah having to interfere. Fawzy Al Khames kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Ameen Al Motar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Hadleigh's goal looked a bit too open when Saif Al Arbash came free, but Meqdad Shams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Saif Al Arbash had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ameen Al Motar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Meqdad Shams having to make a save. Hussain Al Mosawe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the game, Maitham Al Hammady was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hadleigh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rothwell United the free kick. The supporters of Rothwell United booed when Hadleigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maitham Al Hammady didn't get a good kick on the ball. Meqdad Shams showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saif Al Arbash in the 92nd minute of the match. The Rothwell United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hadleigh's performance. The match ended with a win for Hadleigh.
