Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Majed Al Banwan started the match with the kick off. Meqdad Shabakhoh blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Meshal Al Bloshi having to make a save. Manaf Al Khars hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 6 played minutes, Cressage's Khaled Al Shemali shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abdul Aziz Al Rodhan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cressage reached it. Ghaith Al Attar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdul Aziz Al Rodhan having to interfere. The supporters of Cressage booed when Brierley Hill FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Meteb Al Gareb didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Meqdad Shabakhoh during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Meqdad Shabakhoh hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute Meqdad Shabakhoh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meshal Al Bloshi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Ali Al Bahar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brierley Hill FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ghasan Al Dosery in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdul Aziz Al Rodhan saved Brierley Hill FC from getting behind. Majed Al Banwan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ghaith Al Attars short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Abdul Aziz Al Rodhan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 29 minutes into the match, Cressage's goal looked a bit too open when Meqdad Shabakhoh came free, but Meshal Al Bloshi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Brierley Hill FC's Adnan Al Balool in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cressage's goalie prevented a goal. Brierley Hill FC's Abdul Aziz Al Rodhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Majed Al Banwan in the 34th minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Meshal Al Bloshi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Meqdad Shabakhoh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brierley Hill FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Meqdad Shabakhoh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Meshal Al Bloshi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Al Bahar made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Cressage's goalkeeper Meshal Al Bloshi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Meqdad Shabakhoh. Meshal Al Bloshi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Al Bahar in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th play minute Meqdad Shabakhoh came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Meshal Al Bloshi. 0-3. With a little luck, Cressage's Meshal Al Bloshi got control of the ball when Meqdad Shabakhoh tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Brierley Hill FC's Manaf Al Khars got a free kick in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Majed Al Banwan in the 75th minute of play forced Brierley Hill FC's goalkeeper Abdul Aziz Al Rodhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ghaith Al Attar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Abdul Aziz Al Rodhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Brierley Hill FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
