Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sulaiman Al Hadad got the match started through his kick off. When Blyth City's Sulaiman Al Hadad in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aldershot's goalie prevented a goal. Talib Al Dosery kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Najim Shrean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zaher Al Ghanem having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Aldershot's Talib Al Dosery got a free kick in the 6th minute. Mostafa Sarkhoh hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Sulaiman Al Hadad might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zaher Al Ghanem. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sulaiman Al Hadad ran back to his position shaking his head. Nemir Al Mahmed's late challenge caught a Aldershot's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemir Al Mahmed helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Blyth City! An unexpectedly hard shot by Naem Al Towatan in the 25th minute of play forced Blyth City's goalkeeper Bandar Al Abdullah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes Aldershot got a freekick which was hit by Sameer Al Abdullah. After a defensive mix-up in Blyth City's zone, Aws Shamsah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bandar Al Abdullah came out of the goal and Aws Shamsah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Sulaiman Al Hadad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blyth City's supporters rose to their feet, but Sulaiman Al Hadad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zaher Al Ghanem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aldershot's Zaher Al Ghanem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sulaiman Al Hadad in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Naem Al Towatan made the kick off in the second half. Adham Al Ammar lost his temper 53 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 52nd minute, one of Blyth City:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Blyth City. Naem Al Towatan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bandar Al Abdullah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naem Al Towatan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Najim Shrean came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zaher Al Ghanem could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Blyth City's Nemir Al Mahmed got a free kick in the 66th minute. Naem Al Towatan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bandar Al Abdullah having to interfere. In the 72ndth minute of the game Naem Al Towatan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blyth City's Bandar Al Abdullah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Naem Al Towatan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Aldershot's Sameer Al Abdullah sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bandar Al Abdullah narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Mubarek Al Mothaf could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Zaher Al Ghanem however easily saved by the left post. Najim Shrean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldershot were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Blyth City for a fine match.
