Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Waheed Khaja made the kick off which started today's match. Abdelnaser Al Jarah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sharf Al Attar in the 9th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Crosby AFC's zone, Khalel Bahroh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdelnaser Al Jarah came out of the goal and Khalel Bahroh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shjae Al Sharaf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tamem Al Mahmed, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Khalel Bahroh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waheed Khaja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Shjae Al Sharaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tamem Al Mahmed's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shjae Al Sharaf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Abdelnaser Al Jarah made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Khalel Bahroh sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 34 minutes, Sharf Al Attar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huyton United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sharf Al Attar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tamem Al Mahmed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fahhad Al Sharah kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 41st match minute, Huyton United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fared Al Enzi to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Khalel Al Hammady got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sharf Al Attar to make the kick off. Waheed Khaja struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Shjae Al Sharaf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crosby AFC. Tamem Al Mahmed's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shjae Al Sharaf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Huyton United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Waheed Khaja 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. Abdelnaser Al Jarah didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Khalel Bahroh went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute, Sharf Al Attar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Huyton United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Huyton United fans cheered their team off the field, for while Crosby AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
