Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nabel Al Bloshi started the match with the kick off. Fawaz Al Holey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamdan Al Homaithe in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Osama Al Ramzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carlton in Lindrick's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave North Petherton the free kick. North Petherton's Ramadan Al Mothaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ammar Al Hajraf in the 12th minute of play. When Hamdan Al Homaithe came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the North Petherton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamdan Al Homaithe couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moner Al Hajraf got free with Ramadan Al Mothaf in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute, Moner Al Hajraf got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barakat Al Shati hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. North Petherton's Ramadan Al Mothaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ammar Al Hajraf in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Morad Shabakhoh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramadan Al Mothaf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ammar Al Hajraf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Hamdan Al Homaithe managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Petherton's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamdan Al Homaithe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fawaz Al Holey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nabel Al Bloshi in the 36th minute of play forced Carlton in Lindrick's goalkeeper Fawaz Al Holey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. North Petherton's Hamdan Al Homaithe got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ammar Al Hajraf to strike the kick off in the second half. North Petherton's Ramadan Al Mothaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ammar Al Hajraf in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nabel Al Bloshi in the 64th minute of play forced Carlton in Lindrick's goalkeeper Fawaz Al Holey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Hamdan Al Homaithe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Nabel Al Bloshi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fawaz Al Holey was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. If Moner Al Hajraf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Carlton in Lindrick's zone, Hamdan Al Homaithe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fawaz Al Holey came out of the goal and Hamdan Al Homaithe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moner Al Hajraf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ramadan Al Mothaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in North Petherton's zone, Ammar Al Hajraf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramadan Al Mothaf came out of the goal and Ammar Al Hajraf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. North Petherton's Hamdan Al Homaithe got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 82 minutes, Sulaiman Al Baghli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carlton in Lindrick and the North Petherton players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of North Petherton booed when Carlton in Lindrick was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sulaiman Al Baghli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nabel Al Bloshi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sajid Al Ajmi during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of North Petherton booed when Carlton in Lindrick was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sajid Al Ajmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Nabel Al Bloshi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fawaz Al Holey was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. If Nabel Al Bloshi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
