Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Raed Dashti made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 6 minutes, Adnan Jiragh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holton-le-Clay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adnan Jiragh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Holton-le-Clay's Raed Dashti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sobah Al Muwail narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute of the match, Adnan Jiragh got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sobah Al Muwail was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Al-Rijad One's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ameer Al Hadad was slow to take the kick. During this time Holton-le-Clay's players had a chance to rest. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ameen Bahbhani during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st minute, Ameen Bahbhani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Zaher Al Baghli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 31st minute, Zaher Al Baghli made a precise shot to the right of Abbas Al Najdi. Holton-le-Clay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Zaher Al Baghli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abbas Al Najdi having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zaher Al Baghli to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Fared Shalan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Al-Rijad One's supporters rose to their feet, but Fared Shalan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abbas Al Najdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Holton-le-Clay getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Kamal Al Jarah hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anwar Al Mahmed during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Al-Rijad One got a freekick which was hit by Anwar Al Mahmed. Ameer Al Hadad, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Sobah Al Muwail made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adnan Jiragh in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Fared Shalan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abbas Al Najdi. Holton-le-Clay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fared Shalan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Sobah Al Muwail showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adnan Jiragh, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 72nd match minute, Holton-le-Clay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oun Al Bloshi to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Holton-le-Clay's Raed Dashti got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute of the match Mosalam Al Abdullah shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abbas Al Najdi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Al-Rijad One booed when Holton-le-Clay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahmoud Al Mulaifi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Al-Rijad One's Sobah Al Muwail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raed Dashti in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to Al-Rijad One getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Mortada Al Sayer hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adnan Jiragh in the 91st minute of play forced Al-Rijad One's goalkeeper Sobah Al Muwail to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adnan Jiragh blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sobah Al Muwail having to make a save. In the 96th minute Zaher Al Baghli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abbas Al Najdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Al-Rijad One had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
