Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Walcote's Farooq Al Abdullah started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hani Al Abdullah hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. When Belal Al Shati came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Alville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belal Al Shati couldn't finish the play. Adem Al Gareb kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Abdul Aziz Al Muwail fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darweesh Shrean having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Hassan Al Muwail mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alville and the Walcote players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Alville getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Hassan Al Muwail hit a great ball. The supporters of Alville booed when Walcote was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faraj Al Qattan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aesem Al Muwail hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes, Alville's Waheed Al Azmi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Basel Al Habshi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alville reached it. If Abdul Aziz Al Muwail had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Farooq Al Abdullah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Darweesh Shrean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 played minutes Alville got a freekick which was hit by Hani Al Abdullah. After 35 minutes Alville's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Derar Al Attar who took care of the corner kick. Belal Al Shati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basel Al Habshi having to interfere. Basel Al Habshi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Belal Al Shati showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 43 minute of play. Adem Al Gareb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Basel Al Habshi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Belal Al Shati made the kick off in the second half. If Farooq Al Abdullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basel Al Habshi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adem Al Gareb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th match minute, Walcote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nabel Al Qattan to maneuver through the defense. Aesem Al Muwail kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 72 played minutes Alville got a freekick which was hit by Belal Al Shati. If Farooq Al Abdullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdul Aziz Al Muwail fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darweesh Shrean having to interfere. Alville's Hassan Al Muwail got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Hassan Al Muwail off the ground. In the 87th match minute, Alville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hassan Al Muwail to maneuver through the defense. Belal Al Shati hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Derar Al Attar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alville's Darweesh Shrean didn't even have to move. Darweesh Shrean was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Farooq Al Abdullah capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Farooq Al Abdullah really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Walcote players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
