Mosalam Al Holey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mosalam Al Holey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelnaser Al Sharah having to interfere. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pickering City's goalkeeper Abdelnaser Al Sharah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mosalam Al Holey might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdelnaser Al Sharah. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mosalam Al Holey ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 31 minutes, Mubarek Al Shaikh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ashtead AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mubarek Al Shaikh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Jassem Al Hajraf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdelnaser Al Sharah. Pickering City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jassem Al Hajraf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Abdelnaser Al Sharah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mosalam Al Holey in the 41st minute of play. Mubarek Al Shaikh struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Abdelnaser Al Sharah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ashtead AFC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mosalam Al Holey in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdelnaser Al Sharah saved Pickering City from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Mosalam Al Holey who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Abdelnaser Al Sharah when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Pickering City's Jalal Al Qattamy got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 57 played minutes Pickering City got a freekick which was hit by Jalal Al Qattamy. In the 59th minute, Jalal Al Qattamy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Pickering City's zone, Mosalam Al Holey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdelnaser Al Sharah came out of the goal and Mosalam Al Holey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ashtead AFC's Waheed Kamal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esmael Al Mothaf in the 81st minute of play. Mosalam Al Holey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Abdelnaser Al Sharah made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mosalam Al Holey got free with Abdelnaser Al Sharah in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes in the game Manaf Al Dabos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bashar Bahroh. Mubarek Al Shaikh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waheed Kamal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bashar Bahroh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ashtead AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! In the 98th minute there was a penalty for Pickering City. Manaf Al Dabos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Waheed Kamal. 1-3. Ashtead AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
