Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fairfield's Ali Al Habshi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Younis Al Sarraf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wael Al Sarraf struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Sari Al Harban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Madrid CF. Ali Al Habshi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sameer Al Enzi having to interfere. Real Madrid CF's Sameer Al Enzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faris Bo Qamaz in the 25th minute of play. Sari Al Harban was a little too slow when Ramadan Al Sarraf got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. Yaqoub Al Ansari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Sameer Al Enzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Al Habshi in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sameer Al Enzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Faris Bo Qamaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sameer Al Enzi having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faris Bo Qamaz in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sameer Al Enzi saved Real Madrid CF from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmad Hayat in the 44th minute of play forced Fairfield's goalkeeper Sari Al Harban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ali Al Habshi fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fairfield's protests and gave Ali Al Habshi a yellow card for diving instead. Ali Al Habshi kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramadan Al Sarraf stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emad Bo Hamad kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Sameer Al Enzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Al Habshi in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Real Madrid CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Al Habshi came free, but Sameer Al Enzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Fairfield booed when Real Madrid CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wael Al Sarraf didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramadan Al Sarraf in the 65th minute of play forced Fairfield's goalkeeper Sari Al Harban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Faris Bo Qamaz came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Fairfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faris Bo Qamaz couldn't finish the play. After 69 played minutes Real Madrid CF got a freekick which was hit by Ahmad Hayat. 70 minutes into the match, Real Madrid CF's goalkeeper Sameer Al Enzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faris Bo Qamaz. Ali Al Habshi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ali Al Habshi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Real Madrid CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Al Habshi came free, but Sameer Al Enzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Ali Al Habshi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sameer Al Enzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faris Bo Qamaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sameer Al Enzi having to interfere. With a little luck, Real Madrid CF's Sameer Al Enzi got control of the ball when Yaqoub Al Ansari tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ali Al Habshi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wael Al Sarraf's late challenge caught a Fairfield's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wael Al Sarraf helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Real Madrid CF's Wael Al Sarraf got a free kick in the 95th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
