Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sami Al Mansor made the kick off and thus started the match. When Luai Al Arbash fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beckton's protests and gave Luai Al Arbash a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd match minute, Beckton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luai Al Arbash to maneuver through the defense. After 4 played minutes, Dorking United's Wael Al Zamel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ghaith Al Bloshi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dorking United reached it. Dorking United's Hakem Al Adsani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sami Al Mansor in the 10th minute of play. Fadhel Ashkanani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ghaith Al Bloshi having to interfere. In the 25th minute Fadhel Ashkanani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ghaith Al Bloshi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Meshal Al Gareb managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beckton's supporters rose to their feet, but Meshal Al Gareb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hakem Al Adsani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sami Al Mansor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Hakem Al Adsani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Meshal Al Gareb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beckton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meshal Al Gareb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hakem Al Adsani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sami Al Mansor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fadhel Ashkanani made a kick off. If Fadhel Ashkanani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Fadhel Ashkanani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ghaith Al Bloshi. Beckton's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fadhel Ashkanani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jaber Kamal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Beckton's goalkeeper Ghaith Al Bloshi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 70 minutes, Meshal Al Gareb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beckton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meshal Al Gareb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sami Al Mansor in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hakem Al Adsani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sarhan Dehrab's late challenge caught a Beckton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sarhan Dehrab helped the player get up and apologised. Jaber Kamal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beckton's goalkeeper Ghaith Al Bloshi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Meshal Al Gareb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dorking United's Hakem Al Adsani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sami Al Mansor in the 89th minute of play. If Fadhel Ashkanani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Dorking United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dorking United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
