Mamdouh Al Ansari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th minute, Younis Al Qattan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saleh Dashti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shehab Bo Hamad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. If Mamdouh Al Ansari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, Kineton AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahaa Shadad to maneuver through the defense. Taqi Hayat acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 17th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Haider Abol. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Aamir Al Wazan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newmarket's supporters rose to their feet, but Aamir Al Wazan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Taqi Hayat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aamir Al Wazan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Taqi Hayat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Taqi Hayat made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Mamdouh Al Ansari sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Newmarket booed when Kineton AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Khalaf Kakoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kineton AFC's Taqi Hayat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aamir Al Wazan in the 29th minute of play. Taqi Hayat was a little too slow when Aamir Al Wazan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yasser Khorshed to strike the kick off in the second half. Nizar Al Arbash kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Haider Abol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taqi Hayat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Kineton AFC's Saleh Dashti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shehab Bo Hamad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Yasser Khorshed might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Shehab Bo Hamad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yasser Khorshed ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Newmarket getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Haider Abol hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mamdouh Al Ansari in the 76th minute of play forced Kineton AFC's goalkeeper Taqi Hayat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kineton AFC's Yasser Khorshed got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mamdouh Al Ansari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Taqi Hayat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Kineton AFC's Saleh Dashti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shehab Bo Hamad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kineton AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
