In the 2nd minute, Nasser Al Arbash hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farooq Jiragh kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Aadil Bo Qamaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saed Bo Hamad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aadil Bo Qamaz ran back to his position shaking his head. Masuod Al Rifaee charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Masuod Al Rifaee the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Masuod Al Rifaee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farooq Abol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faris Shadad having to interfere. If Shaban Sarkhoh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Diss's Nasser Al Arbash got a free kick in the 36th minute. Saed Bo Hamad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Naji Al Herz in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the game, Aadil Bo Qamaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Saed Bo Hamad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Sittingbourne United booed when Diss was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sayer Al Besher didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aadil Bo Qamaz to make the kick off. Sittingbourne United's Faris Shadad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Sittingbourne United from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute Farooq Abol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faris Shadad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aesem Al Holey hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 64th match minute, Diss was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sarhan Al Sharah to maneuver through the defense. Aadil Bo Qamaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saed Bo Hamad having to make a save. Aadil Bo Qamaz kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Faris Shadad successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 76 played minutes Sittingbourne United got a freekick which was hit by Masuod Al Rifaee. Faris Shadad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Farooq Abol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Aadil Bo Qamaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saed Bo Hamad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Farooq Abol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sittingbourne United's Masuod Al Rifaee got a free kick in the 90th minute. Aadil Bo Qamaz's late challenge caught a Diss's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aadil Bo Qamaz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sittingbourne United getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Aadil Bo Qamaz hit a great ball. In the 94th minute of the match, Shaban Sarkhoh got a very nice opportunity to score, but Faris Shadad was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Faris Shadad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Farooq Abol, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sharf Bahbhani during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 98th minute, Sharf Bahbhani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sittingbourne United's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
