After a defensive mix-up in Redbourn's zone, Yaseen Al Motar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yaqoub Al Rifaee came out of the goal and Yaseen Al Motar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Omar Al Jarah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meshari Al Motar, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After having played for 8 minutes, Meshari Al Motar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redbourn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meshari Al Motar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdulatif Al Bloshi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Omar Al Jarah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdulatif Al Bloshi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulatif Al Bloshi in the 17th minute of play forced Teignmouth's goalkeeper Omar Al Jarah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaqoub Al Rifaee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lafi Al Arbash in the 19th minute of the match. Yaqoub Al Rifaee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lafi Al Arbash, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th match minute, Redbourn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morjan Al Saffar to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lafi Al Arbash in the 25th minute of play forced Redbourn's goalkeeper Yaqoub Al Rifaee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaqoub Al Rifaee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darweesh Al Besher in the 27th minute of the match. When Anwar Al Shemali fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Redbourn's protests and gave Anwar Al Shemali a yellow card for diving instead. Anwar Al Shemali hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. If Yaseen Al Motar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yaqoub Al Rifaee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lafi Al Arbash, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Meshari Al Motar in the 38th minute of play forced Teignmouth's goalkeeper Omar Al Jarah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaseen Al Motar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Omar Al Jarah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meshari Al Motar in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Abdulatif Al Bloshi made the kick off in the second half. When Sadeq Al Mosawe fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Teignmouth's protests and gave Sadeq Al Mosawe a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Teignmouth getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sadeq Al Mosawe hit a great ball. Yaqoub Al Rifaee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sadeq Al Mosawe in the 61st minute of the match. Saher Al Adsani charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saher Al Adsani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd match minute, Redbourn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saher Al Adsani to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Lafi Al Arbash got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teignmouth's Omar Al Jarah proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Teignmouth from getting a goal against them. Teignmouth's Sadeq Al Mosawe got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Sadeq Al Mosawe off the ground. After 67 played minutes Teignmouth got a freekick which was hit by Sadeq Al Mosawe. Anwar Al Shemali was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 69th minute, Anwar Al Shemali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Meshari Al Motar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Omar Al Jarah. Teignmouth's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Meshari Al Motar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The Redbourn fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Redbourn's Meshari Al Motar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 84th minute Yaseen Al Motar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yaqoub Al Rifaee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Darweesh Al Besher came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Teignmouth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darweesh Al Besher couldn't finish the play. Yaseen Al Motar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaqoub Al Rifaee having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Yaseen Al Motar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teignmouth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yaseen Al Motar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Redbourn had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
