Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Faraj Al Mofede started the match with the kick off. Exmouth's Baqer Al Harban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faraj Al Mofede in the 3rd minute of play. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bradford on Avon's goalkeeper Sameer Al Rifaee, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15thth minute of the game Gawhar Al Najdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bradford on Avon's Sameer Al Rifaee was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bashar Al Asuosi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sameer Al Rifaee having to make a save. After having played for 22 minutes, Bashar Al Asuosi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Exmouth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bashar Al Asuosi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gawhar Al Najdi came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Exmouth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gawhar Al Najdi couldn't finish the play. If Gawhar Al Najdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gawhar Al Najdi came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Exmouth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gawhar Al Najdi couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Exmouth booed when Bradford on Avon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamed Khorshed didn't get a good kick on the ball. Exmouth's Baqer Al Harban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faraj Al Mofede in the 37th minute of play. After 41 minutes, Mahmoud Al Ateqi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Exmouth and the Bradford on Avon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gawhar Al Najdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
Sameer Al Rifaee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bashar Al Asuosi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Hamed Khorshed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gawhar Al Najdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barrak Dashti struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Baqer Al Harban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bradford on Avon. If Faraj Al Mofede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faraj Al Mofede took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baqer Al Harban. Baqer Al Harban dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bradford on Avon fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Exmouth. Ahmad Shamsah stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sameer Al Rifaee. 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Gawhar Al Najdi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Exmouth's supporters rose to their feet, but Gawhar Al Najdi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sameer Al Rifaee breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Bradford on Avon's Sameer Al Rifaee got control of the ball when Gawhar Al Najdi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Exmouth's zone, Barrak Dashti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baqer Al Harban came out of the goal and Barrak Dashti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Faraj Al Mofede struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Baqer Al Harban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bradford on Avon. Salah Al Dosery kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Bradford on Avon's Barrak Dashti got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Barrak Dashti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Barrak Dashti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bradford on Avon's supporters rose to their feet, but Barrak Dashti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baqer Al Harban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gawhar Al Najdi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bradford on Avon fans cheered their team off the field, for while Exmouth had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
