Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sarhan Bo Qamaz took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Mostafa Baroun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salem Bo Hamad hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 13 minutes, Aws Al Mofede mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nunthorpe City and the Gomersal City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Moner Al Hashash struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Nemir Kakoli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gomersal City. Moner Al Hashash recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jalal Al Ateqi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gomersal City's Malik Al Zamel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarhan Bo Qamaz in the 26th minute of play. Nemir Kakoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moner Al Hashash, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Gomersal City's Malik Al Zamel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Gomersal City from getting a goal against them. If Sarhan Bo Qamaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nemir Kakoli came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Gomersal City's Jalal Al Ateqi. But to his dismay, Jalal Al Ateqi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Nunthorpe City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gomersal City were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Moner Al Hashash to strike the kick off in the second half. Nemir Kakoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moner Al Hashash in the 56th minute of play. Hani Taiban kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Jalal Al Ateqi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gomersal City's supporters rose to their feet, but Jalal Al Ateqi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nemir Kakoli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jalal Al Ateqi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemir Kakoli having to interfere. Nunthorpe City's Sarhan Bo Qamaz got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Gomersal City's zone, Yasser Al Mulaifi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Malik Al Zamel came out of the goal and Yasser Al Mulaifi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the game, one of Nunthorpe City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 88th minute there was a penalty for Gomersal City. Hani Taiban stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nemir Kakoli. 0-2. Nemir Kakoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moner Al Hashash, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Yasser Al Mulaifi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Malik Al Zamel having to make a save. When Mostafa Baroun fell near the penalty area in the 101st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gomersal City's protests and gave Mostafa Baroun a yellow card for diving instead. Gomersal City's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
