Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Moner Al Hashash started the match with the kick off. Malik Al Zamel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mosalam Al Hammady in the 9th minute of play. Gomersal City's Malik Al Zamel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adem Al Zamel in the 12th minute of play. Hakem Al Mehana hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Sobah Al Asuosi was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Moner Al Hashash capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Moner Al Hashash really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 1-1 became the score in the 20th minute when Mosalam Al Hammady elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Malik Al Zamel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adem Al Zamel's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. The audience was convinced that Adem Al Zamel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Malik Al Zamel was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Comberton FC's Mosalam Al Hammady got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Jalal Al Ateqi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hussain Boften sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Adem Al Zamel made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Gomersal City's zone, Mosalam Al Hammady stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Malik Al Zamel came out of the goal and Mosalam Al Hammady tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adem Al Zamel in the 56th minute of play forced Gomersal City's goalkeeper Malik Al Zamel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mostafa Baroun hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Gomersal City's Malik Al Zamel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adem Al Zamel in the 65th minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gomersal City's goalkeeper Malik Al Zamel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Moner Al Hashash had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Comberton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jalal Al Ateqi came free, but Sobah Al Asuosi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Derar Al Khars hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Comberton FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ammar Al Bloshi hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Adem Al Zamel fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Malik Al Zamel, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moner Al Hashash in the 87th minute of play forced Comberton FC's goalkeeper Sobah Al Asuosi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 minutes, Khaled Al Habshi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gomersal City and the Comberton FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Khaled Al Habshi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Comberton FC's Adem Al Zamel fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Comberton FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
