Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nemir Al Arbash got the match started through his kick off. Oswestry's Ghasan Al Qattan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mamon Al Mansor in the 5th minute of play. Mostafa Al Naqi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Masuod Al Asuosi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Motlaq Al Amer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Oswestry's Nemir Al Arbash in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rawtenstall's goalie prevented a goal. Masuod Al Asuosi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemir Al Arbash, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rawtenstall's zone, Mostafa Al Naqi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Masuod Al Asuosi came out of the goal and Mostafa Al Naqi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 27 minutes of play Rawtenstall's Motlaq Al Amer was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Rawtenstall's Motlaq Al Amer got a free kick in the 28th minute. Mostafa Al Naqi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Masuod Al Asuosi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. After some careless play in the Oswestry defense, Yousef Bahroh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ghasan Al Qattan. The Oswestry fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ghasan Al Qattan should have stopped the shot. Yousef Bahroh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ghasan Al Qattan having to interfere. Nemir Al Arbash fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Masuod Al Asuosi having to interfere. Nemir Al Arbash sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Ebrahem Al Saleh helped the player get up and apologised. Ebrahem Al Saleh hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Rawtenstall's goal looked a bit too open when Nemir Al Arbash came free, but Masuod Al Asuosi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mostafa Al Naqi came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Oswestry fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mostafa Al Naqi couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute Nemir Al Arbash shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Masuod Al Asuosi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nemir Al Arbash struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Masuod Al Asuosi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oswestry. The Rawtenstall supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rawtenstall would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
