After a rather tough play, Lymm's Morjan Al Matrok got a free kick in the 7th minute. Shabeb Shadad hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute of the match Yasser Al Baghli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaber Al Mofede skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Morjan Al Matrok got free with Nawaf Al Herz in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the game, Adnan Al Towatan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holland-on-Sea FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lymm the free kick. A hard shot by Hamad Shadad from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Nawaf Al Herz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Eyad Al Mahmed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Shehab Al Mothaf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaber Al Mofede having to interfere. Holland-on-Sea FC's Nawaf Al Herz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eyad Al Mahmed in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Eyad Al Mahmed made the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd match minute, Lymm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bashar Bahbhani to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, Holland-on-Sea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Morjan Al Matrok came free, but Nawaf Al Herz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaber Al Mofede made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shehab Al Mothaf in the 71st minute. Saher Al Mofede charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saher Al Mofede the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lymm booed when Holland-on-Sea FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saher Al Mofede didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Morjan Al Matrok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yasser Al Baghli hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Holland-on-Sea FC's goalkeeper Nawaf Al Herz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Morjan Al Matrok fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nawaf Al Herz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morjan Al Matrok in the 96th minute of play forced Holland-on-Sea FC's goalkeeper Nawaf Al Herz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Holland-on-Sea FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lymm from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
