In the 3rd minute Salah Al Bloshi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shaheen Al Ammar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shaheen Al Ammar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faleh Al Sohali, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Doaej Bo Abbas's late challenge caught a Bournemouth's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doaej Bo Abbas helped the player get up and apologised. Jawad Shams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faleh Al Sohali struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Shaheen Al Ammar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horndean United. Salah Al Bloshi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, Horndean United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salah Al Bloshi to maneuver through the defense. After 37 minutes, Morad Al Matrok made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Horndean United's Esam Al Besher tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Esam Al Besher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morad Al Matrok, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Morad Al Matrok to strike the kick off in the second half. When Bournemouth's Morad Al Matrok in 54 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Esam Al Besher guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 58th minute Haider Al Saffar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esam Al Besher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jawad Shams recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Salem Al Mahmed's late challenge caught a Bournemouth's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salem Al Mahmed helped the player get up and apologised. Horndean United:s Esam Al Besher showed great skill when he stopped Taqi Kakoli:s penalty. In the 65th minute, Taqi Kakoli made a precise shot to the right of Esam Al Besher. Horndean United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salah Al Bloshi got free with Shaheen Al Ammar in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 81 minutes, Salah Al Bloshi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horndean United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salah Al Bloshi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faleh Al Sohali in the 83rd minute of play forced Bournemouth's goalkeeper Shaheen Al Ammar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Haider Al Saffar during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes Bournemouth got a freekick which was hit by Haider Al Saffar. Salah Al Bloshi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Shaheen Al Ammar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Faleh Al Sohali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Morad Al Matrok ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esam Al Besher was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Horndean United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
