Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Faleh Al Qattan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yate's supporters rose to their feet, but Faleh Al Qattan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eshaq Al Khobaize breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rida Boften hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Yate's Saher Al Amer got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saher Al Amer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Eshaq Al Khobaize tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eshaq Al Khobaize made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Faleh Al Qattan sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Romsey defense, Faleh Al Qattan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eshaq Al Khobaize. The Romsey fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eshaq Al Khobaize should have stopped the shot. In the 24th match minute, Romsey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esmael Al Shati to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Romsey getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Shehab Dehrab hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the game, Moath Al Ansari was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romsey the free kick. In the 30th match minute, Yate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moath Al Ansari to maneuver through the defense. Bandar Al Jalahma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 40th minute of the match Moath Al Ansari completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Moath Al Ansari a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bandar Al Jalahma in the 42nd minute of play forced Yate's goalkeeper Karem Al Khames to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Faleh Al Qattan to make the kick off. Bandar Al Jalahma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karem Al Khames having to interfere. Eshaq Al Sherazi charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eshaq Al Sherazi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute, Eshaq Al Sherazi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 minutes, Esmael Al Shati mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romsey and the Yate players grew even worse after the yellow card. Esmael Al Shati kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Shehab Dehrabs short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Karem Al Khames to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Yate's Karem Al Khames got control of the ball when Shehab Dehrab tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bandar Al Jalahma scored 2-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karem Al Khames, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Romsey's Shehab Dehrab got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bandar Al Jalahma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karem Al Khames showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bandar Al Jalahma in the 87th minute of the match. Shehab Dehrab in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karem Al Khames, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Faleh Al Qattan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saher Al Amer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Eshaq Al Khobaize tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
