In the 23rd minute, Yaseen Al Rifaee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Birmingham Selly Oak AFC's Hamzah Al Shemali in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hamzah Al Shemali recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baqer Al Amer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marzoq Al Youha in the 38th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Marzoq Al Youha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baqer Al Amer was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. In the 46th minute, Yaseen Al Rifaee left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Birmingham Selly Oak AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Ramadan Bo Resley's late challenge caught a Dawlish's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramadan Bo Resley helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Birmingham Selly Oak AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ramadan Bo Resley hit a great ball. Marzoq Al Youha struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Baqer Al Amer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dawlish. The Dawlish supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Birmingham Selly Oak AFC's performance.
