Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jamal Boland made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waleed Al Bana got free with Baqer Al Amer in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hamzah Al Shemali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamem Al Towatan having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Birmingham Selly Oak AFC's Hamzah Al Shemali nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tamem Al Towatan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Bedlington's goal looked a bit too open when Hamzah Al Shemali came free, but Tamem Al Towatan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tamem Al Towatan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamzah Al Shemali, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Mosaed Al Rodhan's late challenge caught a Birmingham Selly Oak AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mosaed Al Rodhan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, Bedlington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mosaed Al Rodhan to maneuver through the defense. Birmingham Selly Oak AFC's Yaseen Al Rifaee got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yaseen Al Rifaee's late challenge caught a Bedlington's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waleed Al Bana who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Baqer Al Amer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hamzah Al Shemali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamem Al Towatan having to interfere. Birmingham Selly Oak AFC's Baqer Al Amer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamal Boland in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Ramadan Bo Resley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 45 minutes, Naem Al Ansari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bedlington's supporters crossed their fingers, but Naem Al Ansari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
After a defensive mix-up in Bedlington's zone, Yaseen Al Rifaee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tamem Al Towatan came out of the goal and Yaseen Al Rifaee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 54 minutes, Meqdad Shalan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bedlington and the Birmingham Selly Oak AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Abdul Rahman Dashti walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 62nd match minute, Birmingham Selly Oak AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramadan Bo Resley to maneuver through the defense. Jamal Boland struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Baqer Al Amer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bedlington. In the 81st minute of the match, Yaseen Al Rifaee got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tamem Al Towatan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bedlington's Tamem Al Towatan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Bedlington from getting a goal against them. Tamem Al Towatan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamzah Al Shemali in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Fared Abo Al Hasan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baqer Al Amer didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bedlington's Jamal Boland shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute.
