Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hamdan Al Dekhel kicked off to start the match. In the 5th match minute, Stratford-upon-Avon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dhari Kakoli to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stratford-upon-Avon's goalkeeper Ayoob Al Barrak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nizar Al Shaikh hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Stratford-upon-Avon's Nizar Al Shaikh got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute Shehab Al Abdullah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayoob Al Barrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, Tavistock's Yazeed Bo Abbas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ayoob Al Barrak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Othman Bahbhani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamdan Al Dekhel, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 32nd minute, Yazeed Bo Abbas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tavistock fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Shehab Al Abdullah's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ayoob Al Barrak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. With a little luck, Tavistock's Othman Bahbhani got control of the ball when Nizar Al Shaikh tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ayoob Al Barrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yazeed Bo Abbas in the 48th minute of the match. The Stratford-upon-Avon players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tavistock were winning 0-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yazeed Bo Abbas to make the kick off. Ayoob Al Barrak made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Shehab Al Abdullah sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes into the match, Tavistock's Yazeed Bo Abbas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ayoob Al Barrak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Stratford-upon-Avon's Nizar Al Shaikh in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tavistock's goalie prevented a goal. After 60 minutes, Othman Al Sayer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tavistock and the Stratford-upon-Avon players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tavistock getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Othman Al Sayer hit a great ball. After 62 minutes of play, Stratford-upon-Avon's Nizar Al Shaikh made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Othman Bahbhani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tavistock's Othman Bahbhani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nizar Al Shaikh in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yazeed Bo Abbas in the 70th minute of play forced Stratford-upon-Avon's goalkeeper Ayoob Al Barrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Othman Al Sayer got free with Ayoob Al Barrak in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Shehab Al Abdullah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tavistock's supporters rose to their feet, but Shehab Al Abdullah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ayoob Al Barrak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Tavistock's Ayoob Al Barrak threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yazeed Bo Abbas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 88 minutes into the match, Tavistock's Shehab Al Abdullah sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ayoob Al Barrak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yazeed Bo Abbas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayoob Al Barrak having to interfere. Ayoob Al Barrak was a little too slow when Shehab Al Abdullah got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 1-3. The Tavistock supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tavistock would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
