Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Moner Al Mosawe made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd match minute, Selsdon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Farhan Shabakhoh to maneuver through the defense. Adham Mandane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Bashar Al Youha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sajid Al Sharah's late challenge caught a Chelmsford FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sajid Al Sharah helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chelmsford FC booed when Selsdon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sajid Al Sharah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ghanim Al Hadad, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience was convinced that Moner Al Mosawe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Younis Taqi was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Chelmsford FC's Bashar Al Youha threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adham Mandane, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 28 minutes into the match, Moner Al Mosawe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Younis Taqi. Chelmsford FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moner Al Mosawe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, Ayman Al Naqi notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Selsdon's Bashar Al Youha. Bashar Al Youha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ayman Al Naqi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bashar Al Youha having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adham Mandane was the one to do the kick off. Bashar Al Youha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayman Al Naqi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seraj Abol kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Selsdon's Bashar Al Youha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adham Mandane in the 57th minute of play. Adham Mandane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moner Al Mosawe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Younis Taqi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tamem Al Khaled sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Chelmsford FC's Seraj Abol got a free kick in the 75th minute. Ahmad Al Asuosi kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. When Ayman Al Naqi came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Chelmsford FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ayman Al Naqi couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Selsdon's Hamdan Bahroh got a free kick in the 79th minute. If Seraj Abol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ayman Al Naqi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bashar Al Youha having to make a save. In the 89th match minute, Selsdon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Farhan Shabakhoh to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moner Al Mosawe in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Younis Taqi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adham Mandane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Bashar Al Youha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chelmsford FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
