Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Younis Mandane started the match with the kick off. Beckermet's Eesa Al Kandere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Younis Mandane in the 3rd minute of play. Moner Ghadhanfer's late challenge caught a Petersfield's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moner Ghadhanfer helped the player get up and apologised. After 4 played minutes Beckermet got a freekick which was hit by Moner Ghadhanfer. In the 5th minute Younis Mandane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eesa Al Kandere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eesa Al Kandere didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Younis Mandane went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 0-2 became the score in the 19th minute when Bader Abol elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Abdullah Al Dabos fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beckermet's protests and gave Abdullah Al Dabos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Abdullah Al Dabos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mosalam Al Qattamy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Fayez Al Motar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Derar Al Dekhel did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Fayez Al Motar 26 minutes into the match. Eesa Al Kandere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bader Abol in the 31st minute of the match. Eesa Al Kandere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Younis Mandane in the 39th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Derar Al Dekhel in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fayez Al Motar saved Petersfield from getting behind. Mosalam Al Qattamy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fayez Al Motar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Petersfield were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Derar Al Dekhel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Petersfield's Younis Mandane got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bader Abol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Derar Al Dekhel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fayez Al Motar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Petersfield's Bader Abol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eesa Al Kandere narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Beckermet's goalkeeper Eesa Al Kandere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bader Abol. Fayez Al Motar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mosalam Al Qattamy in the 66th minute of the match. Bader Abol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Eesa Al Kandere made a huge save. Khalel Al Habshi kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Mosalam Al Qattamy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Mosalam Al Qattamy came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Beckermet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mosalam Al Qattamy couldn't finish the play. Derar Al Dekhel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fayez Al Motar having to make a save. When Mosalam Al Qattamy came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Beckermet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mosalam Al Qattamy couldn't finish the play. Fayez Al Motar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rida Boland in the 96th minute of play. Fayez Al Motar came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Beckermet's Derar Al Dekhel. But to his dismay, Derar Al Dekhel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Beckermet players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
